I have ordered 2 bottles of perfume the first one was CK Obsession and the second is CK Eternity Now.
They were in the same Box but wrapped differently the Obsession is in excellent condition but the Eternity Now was broken inside the bubble wrap.
so, i lost my money

I would rate it 5 stars but the shipping was a bit messy. I understand they needed a signature but as I'm not a millionaire or working from home. I can't wait for the package at home. Ended up at Purolator to pick it up...That could be easier for cualstomers...

Hello, this is the second time I have ordered the same cologne through your website. The first time was great. The second time was good, however on the back of the cologne bottle it is completely blank. No information about the product. I checked my last bottle and it has all the information printed on the back. Makes me think that I was sent a knock-off or fake bottle this time. If someone could please get back to me, that would be great.

The product I received doesn't appear to be authentic (tester of a niche brand). Although my previous purchase was fine, I'm dissatisfied with my second order. I've tried contacting them via email, but unfortunately, they haven't responded in nine days. Given the risks involved, I'm not going to make another purchase from them.
